Q: I am a first time client, do you offer beginner classes and how do I book? 

A: We do not offer classes just for beginners. Our workout’s are by appointment only and limited to nine clients per session. Be sure to reserve your spot in class by downloading our app The Sweat Co. to make sure we have a Megaformer just for you. It is normal to be nervous for your first class, plan to arrive 10 minutes before class starts if it is your first time. Your coach will be waiting and provide a quick machine demo and overview of the workout. You can also share any concerns you may have with them at this time.

Q: Do I wear shoes?  

A: The Sweat Co. is a barefoot workout. If that’s not your thing, feel free to wear toesox to class. We have toesox available for purchase in the lobby on our merch wall. 

Q: Should I bring a water bottle?

A: Absolutely! Feel free to bring water to stay hydrated during your workout. We have a filtered water fountain for refills and also bottles of water available for purchase for $2.00.

Q: If I sign up for unlimited can I book class every day?

A: Unlimited clients receive access to the schedule 24 hours before package and pay per class members. We ask that clients book no more than once per day to ensure that everyone gets equal opportunity to pre-book and also to allow for adequate schedule and staff planning. If a client is found to be booking multiple classes per day management will reach out.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Due to high demand we require clients early cancel out of a pre booked class more than 8 hours before the class is scheduled to start. If a client cancels class less than 8 hours prior to start time it is considered a late cancel. For late cancels, clients are subject to forfeiting their class or for unlimited members, being charged a $15 late cancel fee.

Q: How long do my class packs last for?

A: Class packs are valid for 12 months from the date of initial purchase.

Q: How does the waitlist work?

A: If you are on a waitlist and it is less than 8 hours prior to class start time we recommend you remove yourself from the waitlist and check back for class openings. We do not add clients to classes from waitlists less than 8 hours prior to class starting to allow for adequate planning. If you are added from the waitlist and you have notifications turned on you will be notified via text or email that you made it into class. You can turn on text or email notifications under your account settings on the app or by asking a coach to help! 

Q: How do I purchase retail?

A: Purchase retail by logging your item on the retail log in the lobby. By attending class you agree to have an updated card on file to charge for owed classes and purchases. Should you not have a card on file management will promptly reach out for details so purchases can be logged. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after purchase date as long as original tags are attached and merchandise is in NEW condition.

Q: What time should I show up for class? 

A: Show up no earlier than 10 minutes before class begins to minimize the amount of time in the studio. For your first class it is important you arrive 10 minutes prior to start time to allow for adequate introduction to our MegaformerTM. 

Q: Are there showers? 

A: No, we do not have showers at our facility. We do offer a variety of amenities to keep you feeling clean post workout and invite you to freshen up as needed sans shower. :)

Q: Is there childcare or am I allowed to bring my child/children? 

A: To ensure that coaches and clients are able to focus on class and for their own safety we do not allow children at the studio. Thank you for understanding.

Q: How is The Sweat Co. cleaned? 

A: High-touch surfaces (doorhandles, light switches and bathrooms) are cleaned consistently throughout the day by staff. Your MegaformerTM is cleaned twice before you use it: it is cleaned with disinfectant wipes by the client who previously used it, and it is cleaned by you immediately prior to your use. Additionally, our studios are professionally cleaned once per week.
