Melyssa Diebold
Melyssa’s fitness journey began young (age of 4- dance and soccer!) and continued all the way through college, where she was a sprinter for her college track team. When she moved to ND in 2012, she competed in two bikini body building competitions. More recently, she was an instructor at Pure Barre for 3 years. Outside of coaching she works for at the ND Department of Transportation and loves spending time with her husband and kids! Her playlists consiste of a little bit of everything - throwback R&B, current hits - you name it. She coaches a tough class but is great at breaking down moves for beginners - all levels are welcome in Melyssa’s classes!
Jackie Ressler
Jackie’s classes are creative, clever and filled with humor. Who doesn’t want to laugh while the rest of their body shakes?! She has an innovative way with her classes that keeps your brain happy while your muscles scream. Jackie spent the last two years coaching thousands of clients through Boutique fitness classes. Before becoming a coach Jackie was a fitness junky trying every workout until she found “the one”. Lagree checks all the boxes! Introvert Accountant by day but Hardcore Ninja on the mic under those Red Lights. When Jackie isn’t crunching the numbers or your abs, she spends time with her handsome husband and fun loving two daughters. She is sucker for anything chocolate and will be seen guzzling coffee in your 5 am classes!
Kirstin Wilhelm, Owner
Kirstin is born and raised in Bismarck and is excited to bring Lagree to the area! If you don't find Kirstin in the studio taking class with you; she is chasing after her 3 children, spending time with her husband, traveling or running her real estate business!
Wendy Schmidt
Wendy has been motivating and coaching fitness clients for almost 5 years. Her nursing background brings a unique understanding of body alignment and form and her ability to reinforce proper technique will give you that little extra you’ve been looking for in your workout. Outside of the studio Wendy works as program coordinator for a chronic disease self-management program, volunteers as a school nurse and owns a spray tan business. She loves spending time with her family and puppies and enjoying some down time once in awhile as well!
Kim Sauter
Kim’s classes are energetic and encouraging, with a sprinkle of sarcasm! She will push you past your perceived limits and leave you wanting to come back for more. Kim was worked in the fitness industry in many capacities coaching boutique fitness and competitive dance teams. Fitness has always been a part of her life as she grew up studying both jazz and classical ballet. She loves to mix up her workouts with Lagree, dance cardio and spin classes.
Katie Schwab
Katie has been working in the fitness industry since 2012 coaching a variety of different formats and styles. Her classes are sure to challenge you and push you outside your comfort zone. Katie is a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, bringing a better understanding of the science behind Lagree into her classes. She likes to mix up her own fitness routine by adding in yoga and training for half marathons. Outside fitness, Katie loves to be with her husband and dogs, planning new adventures, and being with family.
Madeline Easton
Madeline first started coaching group fitness classes in the Bismarck-Mandan area in 2017. She fell in love with the competitive, yet welcoming nature of boutique fitness.
You will always feel greeted by Madeline with a smile on her face. As a coach, her goal is to leave you wanting to come back each day to sweat it out with your Sweat Co. family. She’ll push you to your limits while giving you the encouragement to keep going. Madeline’s goal is for you to feel confident and strong inside and outside of the studio! She is a firm believer that the key to a good workout is a fire playlist. You can always count on sweating to EDM, Drake and the latest hits in her classes! Oh… and she loves a long upper body series.
When Madeline isn’t coaching you can catch her spending time with her fiancé and their goldendoodle, Luke. If she isn’t keeping busy in Bismarck she can be found laying in the sun in Arizona. Madeline loves to mix up her workouts with weight training, yoga and long walks with family and friends!
Eric Rick
Eric brings a unique perspective into his classes. He graduated with a degree in Athletic Training from the University of Mary and encourages all of his clients develop a mind, body, muscle connection. Eric just started taking classes back in April so he is empathic with new clients and will work relentlessly to help you find the proper form to activate the correct muscles and negate injury. When Eric isn’t “rocking out” his classes he enjoys playing softball and basketball and delivering food around the Bis/Man area. He loves spending time with his 3 kids and hanging out with his 2 rescue kittens, Taco and Pickle.
Mathew Scheetz
Join Mathew in a high intensity, muscle-shaking workout that is bound to give you that 24 hour after burn! Mathew’s workouts focus on correct form and equal amounts of time for all muscle groups to get you the most out of those 50 minutes. He enjoys coaching people of all fitness levels and encouraging his wife to join his classes. His playlists are a little bit of everything but his choice would be hard rock. Mathew has experience in the fitness industry with both playing and coaching soccer and is currently the JV coach for the St Mary’s Girls Soccer Team. When not at the gym, you can find Mathew trying to keep up with his toddler and newborn - a workout in itself!
Jennifer Hatzenbuhler
Jennifer's life transformed when she discovered the Lagree Method. Struggling with weight issues, she found a sustainable fitness routine that changed her life. Her success story inspired her to become a Lagree coach, driven by a passion to help others achieve their wellness goals. Jennifer's coaching focuses on holistic well-being, empowering individuals to embrace fitness for transformative change and healthier lifestyles.
Cara Haussler
Cara brings years of experience within the fitness world and her love for holistic health & wellness to each and every class. She encourages you to push your limits all while prioritizing the mind/body connection. Cara makes sure to bring the most motivating playlist and energy to each of her classes! Whether you’re new to Sweat Co or have hundreds of classes under your belt, you’ll be sure to get the most out of the 50 minutes with Cara.
When Cara is not coaching or taking a class at the studio, she’s either trying a new recipe, making travel plans, or joining in on a cycle or yoga class.
