The Sweat Co. Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Classes are reserved and paid for in advance through our online booking system. All reservations must be confirmed. Any cancellation must be made more than eight hours prior to class commencing to ensure the class returns to your account for future use. If a client does not cancel before the cancellation window closes, the reservation will be considered a late cancel and you will lose your class or if you are an unlimited member, incur a $15 fee.
Coaches are subject to change and classes are subject to cancellation without notice. When possible, an email or text message will be sent in the event that there is a change in the schedule. Subject to any opt-out you elect, you consent to receiving notices from us pertaining to class.
Classes are considered full when nine reservations are made. The waitlist is full when eight clients are waitlisted. When a client is moved to the class roster before the cancellation window closes, an email confirmation will be sent as notification if the client has notifications turned on. It is the client's responsibility to cancel their reservation if they can no longer make it to class to avoid cancellation penalties and also make sure notifications are turned on if they wish to be notified. Outside of the cancellation window, keep an eye on the schedule. The Sweat Co. is unable to automatically add you to the class.
All fees and other amounts paid to The Sweat Co. related to classes or any other fitness related activities are non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a client has an existing package and an extenuating injury or medical condition arises that prevents the client from attending The Sweat Co. we are able to freeze such packages without advance notice, so long as you provide appropriate doctors note indicating the length of time you are advised to not partake in intense physical activity. To initiate the freeze email contact@booksweatco.com and attach the appropriate doctor’s note.
Returns for The Sweat Co. products and apparel , which may include, without limitation, t-shirts, hats or other physical or tangible products will be allowed within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds will be in the form of credits to a client’s account.
Unattended children are not permitted in the studio.
Subject to certain restrictions, all sales are final. Classes can not be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be shared with another client. All class packages expire one year from the date of purchase; any unused sessions will not be refunded or credited to a user’s account, without exception. Clients under an autopay/contract schedule will be charged the same date of initial purchase on the following month until the client provides 30-day written notice to The Sweat Co.
A valid debit or credit card must be on file for all active accounts. To update your card on file, email contcact@booksweatco.com
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may cancel by delivering or mailing by certified mail, return receipt requested, written notice to the following address: The Sweat Co., 4524 Memorial Highway, Mandan, ND 58554. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after your purchase. In some cases you may also cancel this contract if you signed it before the health club facility was completed, if the club moves or goes out of business, if you become permanently disabled or if you move from the area. If you cancel, The Sweat Co. may be entitled to a certain portion of the contract price for any used classes.
By using the Website or App, buying classes and attending classes, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Occasional changes may be made to this document to reflect changes in policies. These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time by updating this posting, and you agree to be bound by any such revisions. We encourage you to check this document periodically to stay informed of our current guidelines.
